The salt is going to start draining stuff out of places, organs, the brain, the skin, the joints, the nervous system. Watch what happens. I think for kids having trouble talking there is some kind of echo feedback system in the inner ear that prevents them from talking. There is some kind of experiment that you can do where as you are speaking your voice is played back to you it completely stops you from making sentences. The inner/middle ear would be a place that could get blocked and maybe cause this kind of a problem. They drain into the mastoids, that's the spongey bone behind the ears. That is porous and ever so slightly maleable. The salt will start pulling stuff out of the mastoids, allowing the inner ear to drain, and if I'm even remotely on to something here, you could see some improvements in language. I would get in there are massage that boney part right behind her ears, and see if it isn't somewhat protruding, somewhat dense and then regularly lightly massage it, maybe pushing down a little into her neck. and watch if that and the salt don't start to loosen that up, and everything else of course, and if Tommy doesn't start chatting you up a bit more.

Any human completely cut off from Vitamin C will quickly grow sick with scurvy.  It takes about 30 days.  If they still don't get Vitamin C for 90 to 180 days, they will die.  

The human being, monkey and guinea pig are the only mammals that don’t make vitamin C.  Lucky for us, most other plants and animals on earth make their own vitamin C.  We get our Vitamin C by ingesting other living beings.

Vitamin C is needed for the growth and repair of tissues throughout the body. It helps the body make collagen, an important protein used to make skin, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels.  Vitamin C is needed for healing wounds, and for repairing and maintaining bones and teeth.

For being the best we can be,
we need to be getting at least two doses of
Vitamin C a day, everyday.

There are many forms of vitamin C, but they are all forms of ascorbic acid. 

The word ascorbate comes from anticorbutic, meaning to fight scurvy, A- (meaning "No") and Scorbutus (Scurvy.)  Ascorbic acid is one form of vitamin C.  Ascorbate is another form.  And yet another form of scientifically made vitamin C is L-Ascorbate.  Because of the L-Ascorbate bioavailability to our cells, I recommend only L-Ascorbate as a supplemental form.

Scurvy does not occur in most animals as they can make their own vitamin C.  However, humans and other higher primates lack an enzyme (L-gulonolactone oxidase) necessary for such synthesis and must obtain vitamin C through their diet.

Initial symptoms of vitamin c deficiency, and scurvy can be:
Feeling very tired and weak all the time (fatigue)
A general sense of feeling "out of sorts" – such as feeling irritable and miserable all the time
Pain in your limbs – particularly your legs

Our body microbiome has a very delicate balance.  There are 10 times more bacteria in our bodies than our own cells.  One course of antibiotics could turn the bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract from predominantly aerobic to anaerobic bacteria.  Anaerobic bacteria are fermenting cells and feed predominantly on sugars.  When we have cravings for foods like chocolate, or a sweet treat, it is our body’s microbiome commanding us to feed it.  This is complicated in that we do not want to rearrange, change our gut microbiome without understanding what we are doing.  We could make ourselves very sick if there is mercury or other pathogens involved.

Some anaerobes incorporate mercury into their cell structures, and in the case of candida or even spirochetes from Lyme, these bacteria, and protozoans suspend our body's burden of mercury; they literally protect the organs of the body from mercury.  If we kill of this bacteria, the body can have a severe adverse reaction to the released mercury.  In the Lyme disease world this is called a Herxheimer’s response, but it really should be called acute mercury poisoning.

Vitamin C will get the mercury down in the blood stream, and get it to the liver.

WHY L-ASCORBATE?
There are different kinds of vitamin c.  The ascorbic acid is the most acidic one, and least likely to be absorbed by cells. A buffered ascorbate is a better one, and the best is L-Ascorbate because it is almost 100% absorbed.

BOWEL TOLERANCE
Bowel tolerance is the limit at which your body can retain vitamin C, without detoxing through the intestines in the form of diarrhea.  Taking an excess of Vitamin C is not going to hurt you, you will simply go over bowel tolerance, and your body will release the excess of it and a good amount of retained toxins.  There are only two brands of Vitamin C that I recommend, and they are C-Salts and Perque L-Ascorbate.  Both of them are L-Ascorbate forms of vitamin C, and both can be used for doing a cleanse/flush:

TAINTED VITAMIN C
It's important to understand the use of the word Natural when it comes to vitamins, especially vitamin C.  It is 10,000 times more likely a "Natural" vitamin c is going to be tainted with TOXINS than an L-Ascorbate.  It has to do with the chemical process used to produce vitamin C. Twenty percent of chlor-alkali (caustic soda) processes in the USA are mercuric cell processes. We have NO idea how it's being made in CHINA.

Salt Is Life

For thousands of years salt has been the key to good health.  In the 1930's Gandhi began the overthrow of the British Empire by walking to the ocean and collecting salt.  Governments collected taxes in salt.  Roman soldiers were paid in salt, and we get the word salary from the Latin for salt. #SaltIsLife

Salt deficiency is associated with a low body pH, which is in turn associated with many health problems, such as low kidney, liver, and brain function; disruption of enzymatic activity; poor immune function; hormonal imbalances; and a host of chronic degenerative diseases including cancer.


Do not use industrial salt that hints at being either sea salt or some kind of 'healthy salt'.  Read the ingredients.  If there are anti-caking agents, throw the salt in garbage.  DO NOT USE TABLE SALT.



Get off of sugar and start ingesting salt. You will naturally find your optimum dose by listening to your body.  It will tell you want it wants when you begin to get salt cravings.  When you get a salt craving, give your body salt.  It's that simple.


Before ingesting more salt, start with a salt cleanse.

HOW TO SALT WATER FLUSH
 

Quick & Easy Salt Flush:
Upon waking in the morning and on an empty stomach, mix together in a 4 quart measuring cup or similar.
2 tsps of unrefined sea salt, like Celtic Salt
32 oz of spring water.

Stir together until completely dissolved. Drink down as quickly as possible. (This gets easier after the first time.) Within 30 minutes you should start to feel gurgling and movement. Within an hour you should start to flush. Be sure to drink sufficient water throughout the day to keep the movement of toxins out through the colon.

The key to success here is the salinity or concentration of the solution. If it is too high, the salt will get absorbed and not help the colon flush its contents. This is also easier once you have done the L-ascorbate cleanse, thus I recommend it first and do not attempt both on the same day. You will more than likely need to go to the bathroom more than once, so it is a good idea to plan stay near a toilet for several hours afterwards.

ANOTHER WAY TO MAKE SOLE

  1. Fill the jar about 1/4 of the way with Himalayan Salt, Real Salt or Celtic Salt (or a mixture of the three).
  2. Add filtered water to fill the jar, leaving about an inch at the top.
  3. Put on the plastic lid and shake the jar gently.

I don't recommend vitamin D for a reason. Taking a vitamin D supplement masks a Magnesium deficiency. If a person gets enough magnesium, and goes in the sun occasionally, the body will make all the vitamin D it needs, in the exact amount it needs.  Vitamin D is a hormone.

For anyone struggling with gut inflammation, consider this. A google search of "Gallbladder Magnesium," at 10 pages out, that's in the range of 140 links out, still gives good reference materials.  Magnesium across the board lowers inflammation, is essential to good gut health, powers our mitochondria, and helps our body detox.

Most people need much higher doses of magnesium than they currently get.  Magnesium spread out over the day is more fully absorbed.  However, keep in mind DO NOT GET CONSTIPATED when you increase your magnesium.  An increase in magnesium means you are going to be unseating toxins. DON'T GET CONSTIPATED.

I started taking much higher doses of magnesium for myself, in particular to see how my mid-section would react. I drink too much coffee, and sit at this computer way too long everyday.

I'm currently taking about 12 caps of Mag Guard spread out over the day, that's about 1.2 grams of Mag Glycinate. This probably puts my magnesium intake up around 2 grams?  TakingMag Oil internally will NOT give the runs, because it is readily absorbed, especially if you keep it in your mouth for a bit.  At first it tasted quite bitter, but now it doesn't bother me at all.  Initially I started swishing Mag Oil around in my mouth, for the magnesium for my teeth.  I love ingesting Mag Oil.

My midsection feels tighter, and slimmer. and I feel great.  I am getting almost no plaque on my teeth, and NO coating on my tongue. Zero white coating on my tongue.

You can spray the magnesium oil into your mouth and swish it around and swallow,  It is rapidly absorbed into the system and will NOT cause an internal cleanse.  Your body will break off the CL from the MgCL compound and use it to make much needed stomach acid, and to fight infections.  See the SALT link below for how that works.

If you have mercury amalgam fillings, it would be best to do this in 2 separate stages.  A spray in the mouth that can be swished about, and then spat out,  Then another few sprays that are promptly swallowed.  This will help avoid ingesting any displaced mercury, if there was to be any.

I recommend magnesium-glycinate taken internally, but I also recommend slowly increasing dosage.  The magnesium moves the garbage out of cells, and puts it out into the halls that the SALT and L-Ascorbate just cleaned.  When this happens, the body can have a kind of allergic reaction, to this action of the magnesium.  It's not the magnesium itself, it's the junk it's moving out of the cells that causes an inflammatory response, or that neuropathy many people experience.  Slow and steady win the race.

For safe medicine in emergency, life-threatening situations we have to turn to magnesium chloride. Archetypes, Diet, Diarrhea, Snakes and Death

Most people are deathly scared of getting diarrhea, and this is a natural fear.  Throughout history cholera, diarrhea, dysentery, whatever it is called, has consistently been a leading cause of death.  If we cannot hold water, digest food, and nourish ourselves, we grow sick, and die.  Death from diarrhea is most often caused by dehydration.  The fear of getting diarrhea may be an archetype that's in our subconscious, like a fear of snakes.

In the 1800's, the mercury doctors made their living treating cholera, and dysentery with mercury.  By doing an L-Ascorbate cleanse, you are reversing history, and the psychological damage done to us by Western Healthcare.  Big Pharma plays on our fears of dysentery, and death.  Think of the statement, "Keep your shit together," or "He lost his shit."  These are clear references to the losing of ones bowel content.  Today, most medicines sold over the counter, or in prescription form, have some kind of inhibitor that causes us to retain toxins.
