This is going to sound ridiculous because of the simplicity of what I am about to write.  I recommend eating a stalk of celery everyday as one of the best actions we can take for our well-being.  However, there are many caveats to this.  I recommend using the The Wilking Protocol Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplements for at least 90 days before eating celery.  Here we go...

Hemorrhoids are often treated with Nitroglycerin!  The nitroglycerin breaks down into nitric oxide.  When we ingest Nitrate, as I am proposing, it also breaks down into nitric oxide.

Where can we get our nitrate?  Every living organism is loaded with nitrate, so we really shouldn't need any supplementation, should we?  That may have been the case 100 years ago, but the healthcare system has become expert at interfering with our sources, and/or our natural use of it.

are essentials in the form of SALTS. Nitrogen is the 4th most common element in the body. Almost all drugs mess with the nitrogen in our bodies.  We hold nitrogen in the form of Amines.


Our body gets its amines from Nitrogen.  Amines are what give us our amino acids.

We are being lied to about needing lots of oxygen in our GI Tract, in our intestines. I believe the more ‘oxygen’ we put into our intestines, the more likely we will suffer from some kind of facultative-bacterial infection. Facultative bacteria is a bacteria or pathogen that can live in both aerobic, and anaerobic environments. I believe by feeding facultative bacteria, we end up with a perfect breeding ground for MERr bacteria, that is bacteria that methylate mercury, and switches its DNA around in the presence of mercury to do it. So we are in essence, making a breeding ground in our bellies for bacteria that retain mercury.

What the Nitrate is doing when we swish it around in our mouth, it is starting the digestive process in our mouth, where it is supposed to start. The body begins breaking the nitrate down through the proper process. Nitrite is not what we want, and that is what should be given a bad name, because it is like getting junk food, it isn’t whole food, it is short circuiting the digestive process.

The Nitrate break down process creates an anaerobic environment in our intestines, and the nitric oxide is what is oxygenating our intestinal lining, it is what our intestines need to function properly. It doesn’t need a bunch of oxygen, it uses the oxygen from the nitric oxide to power the cells of the intestinal lining, while keeping the food in the intestines in an anaerobic environment.


Celery, Coughs and Apigenin

Is it possible that celery will help our lungs, colds, and coughs?  A client started eating celery and alerted me that she and her son’s cough was greatly reduced after eating celery.  Upon further investigation I discovered this article:

“(Celery) has been found to be extremely effective at killing ovarian, pancreatic, prostate, breast, liver, and lung cancer cells. In fact, in a recent study, celery killed up to 86% of cancer cells in the lungs (in vitro).

Apigenin appears to be the compound that is killing the cancer cells, if in fact this is what it is doing

Celery Allergies:

Be forewarned: My wife Vanessa has had reactions to the celery.  I think the nitrate opened up the capillaries under her front teeth and a capped tooth, causing her some pain and tingling in those areas.  My wife no longer has mercury dental amalgams, but I think there may be some redistribution of mercury.  It is possible that the nitrates are killing off facultative bacteria, and the mercury is cutting loose, and she was having symptoms of mercury redistribution.

She also got a twelve-hour headache.  Exactly what is going on here, I don’t know. Is it waking up the proper bacteria in our mouths, or in our bodies?

This type of allergic reaction is due to cross-reactivity to birch trees or wormwood plants, which share a particular cell structure with celery.”

In Europe, because of celery allergies, celery has to be listed as an ingredient in any product that contains it.

I believe that a bad reaction to celery is more likely a reaction to the nitrates in the celery, and a persons current inability to break down the nitrate, or it gets broken down to nitrite and gets stuck there.

“In the past, restaurants used to store celery in a container of water with powdered vegetable preservative, but it was found that the sulfites in the preservative caused allergic reactions in some people.”

I think what may have been happening is the sulfite along with the nitrate/nitrite was giving the person a double whammy.  I am still careful about eating any fruits and veggies from a restaurant, or delicatessen, We just don’t know what they are using to preserve that fresh look.  Can you imagine what would happen to your nice green home made salad if you put it under a heat lamp for a few hours?


SOLUTION:

Folks, we need nitrate.

This is my recommendation:

Take a stalk of celery and chew it with your mouth closed.  Don't breathe through mouth.  Chew the celery until there is almost no pulp.  Keep your mouth closed as long as you can after you swallow.  See if you can pull the saliva from the back of your tongue.  Keep your mouth closed.  Don't breath through your mouth or talk for a few minutes afterwards.

As of November 15, 2017, I am eating a stalk of celery before bed, after drinking a glass of water with a teaspoon of guar gum in it.  Guar gum is a prebiotic that will help build a good gut microbiome.  It is well know for being a great plant for improving the nitrogen cycle in the ground.  There is a close relationship between Guar and nitrates.

I had bleeding hemorrhoids on and off for about 6 or 7 years.  I had a duodenal ulcer for about 38 years.  I've had problems for years of having to wipe excessively when having a bowel movement, like I was pooping out my intestines. It was just a mess.  My stomach hurt non-stop with a dull ache for years.

Adding in celery to my diet has gotten the Pylori under control for me.  Pylori is associated with duodenal ulcers. The constant pain in my belly has gone away. The bloated belly did too.  The celery is natural, and the most concentrated natural form of nitrates I have found in food.

When we take in Glutamate, think MSG (monosodium glutamate), many of us may be having a reaction to it because it doesn’t have a job to do.  Glutamate breaks down ammonia into urea so that it can be expelled from our bodies.

Probiotic Sauerkraut Loaded with Vitamin C - #SauerKrautSaves

Unpasteurized sauerkraut is the best probiotic in the world.  For your own health, it’s important to make and eat your own sauerkraut, and it's easy to do.  Most store bought sauerkraut is pasteurized, so there is nothing living in the jar.  You want good living bacteria in your belly, and probiotic/prebiotic sauerkraut is the best source.  Think of sauerkraut as needed fodder for the healthy workhorse bacteria in your alimentary canal.

Chop a head of cabbage into fine pieces, and put them into a wide-mouth glass gallon jar.  Set this jar onto a plate or into a wide bowl.  Add water almost to the brim.  Set a glass tumbler filled with water inside the mouth of the jar to keep the sauerkraut submerged.  The glass should stick up out of the jar about an inch.  Let a little water from within the jar run over the edge and onto the plate or bowl.

24 hours later pour the sauerkraut water down the sink with your hand over the mouth of the jar to keep the sauerkraut inside.  Refill the jar with water and pour it out again.  You are washing away the gaseous bacteria.

Again, fill the jar with water.  Add a level tablespoons of sea salt per quart of water.  Do not use iodized salt; the good bacteria will not grow.  Put a lid on the gallon jar, and shake it to distribute the salt.  Set the jar back onto the plate, remove the lid, and again set the glass tumbler in the mouth of the jar to submerge the sauerkraut.  48 hours later test your sauerkraut.  I do this with a pair of chopsticks.

This sauerkraut can sit on your counter for a month or more.  However, it won't last that long you will love it so much.  7 days is a good time to refrigerate any sauerkraut you have left.  Refrigeration slows the fermentation process.  A good rule of thumb is to refrigerate your sauerkraut when it has the right taste and texture for you.  You can't do this wrong.  Enjoy.

I was conditioned to believe that the only thing safe to eat is dead food in safety sealed packaging from a corporation.  You cannot get poisoned from your sauerkraut.

Treating infections with PABA

Are we being lied to about the safety of PABA, it's uses and benefits?

Humans need folate, folic acid, to make red blood cells.  Red blood cells move oxygen throughout our bodies, and carry toxins from the cells to the liver and kidneys.  The word folate derives from the Latin word folium, which means foliage.

Humans lack the enzymes to make folate, so require folate from dietary sources such as green leafy vegetables.  Humans also get their source of folate from their own intestinal bacteria that convert PABA, para-aminobenzoic acid, to folate.  However, human intestines are sometimes wiped clean of their natural healthy microbiomes, and can no longer feed their own good bacteria.  How does this happen?

Sulfa drugs limit our intestinal bacteria’s ability to convert PABA to folic acid, a vitamin that bacteria need to survive.  Sulfa drugs have the same structure as PABA, and when the bacteria attempting to convert PABA to folate fail, the bacteria literally starve to death.

With the introduction of sulfa drugs in the 1930’s and 40’s, most information sources tell us that studies of PABA basically ended.  However, according to WebMD, PABA can be used to treat the following conditions:

PABA is taken by mouth for skin conditions including vitiligo, pemphigus, dermatomyositis, morphea, lymphoblastoma cutis, Peyronie's disease, and scleroderma. PABA is also used to treat infertility in women, arthritis, "tired blood" (anemia), rheumatic fever, constipation, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and headaches. It is also used to darken gray hair, prevent hair loss, make skin look younger, and prevent sunburn.

PABA is best known as a sunscreen that is applied to the skin (used topically).

PABA can also be taken orally to help prevent sunburn.

A number of the listed conditions on the WebMD site are autoimmune disorders - infectious diseases.

Dr James Chandler’s site calls PABA a beauty vitamin and lists benefits of PABA:

PABA offers various health benefits such as treating depression, eczema, scleroderma, irritability, loss of skin pigmentation, fatigue, fibrotic skin disorders, and irritable bowel syndrome. Some researchers suggest that supplementing with PABA may help in restoring gray hair to its original color, if the graying was caused by stress or deficiencies in nutrition.  Other benefits of PABA include: protection against second hand smoke, air pollutants, inflammation in arthritis and improved flexibility.  PABA's anti-inflammatory properties have been shown to help prevent signs of premature aging by diminishing wrinkles, firming sagging skin, and reducing the appearance of age spots on the skin.

There is no RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) for PABA.  The government’s claim is that it’s not listed as a vitamin because our bodies make it.  However, if our gut flora has been whacked, how will we get our source of PABA?

Health sites likes this can add to the confusion.  The site lists the benefits of increased PABA, and then says, “PABA has no nutritional value for humans.”  What?

Currently PABA is used to determine insulin levels of the pancreas by giving an oral dose of PABA and then measuring urine or serum levels.  The healthcare industry is looking for NO release of PABA, meaning the pancreas has retained the PABA.  I can find NO explanations why the pancreas would retain PABA in diabetics.  Perhaps it desperately needs PABA.

Can PABA help our bodies detoxify?

When I began to dig a little deeper, I found studies that point to the efficacy of PABA as an antibacterial, one that cures Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever! This disease comes from a tick bite delivering the bacterium rickittsiae to the blood stream, exactly like Lyme disease is transferred through the bite of a deer tick.  It appears PABA increases cellular oxygen, which kills off the bacterium.  Folic acid was found to NOT increase cellular oxygen.

A 2014 commentary claims that a 1943 study using PABA to treat ricketssiae infected guinea pigs failed.

However this 1948 study states that PABA was successful in eliminating Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever in all tested human subjects.

This pediatric study supports the conclusion of the 1948 study.

Currently I take one gram a day of PABA.  At higher doses I found myself producing too much uric acid and having gout like symptoms in my right foot.
